Wildlife - Happening right Now
As a wildlife lover I always enjoy the thrill of witnessing animals in wild. Fortunately in this cutting edge technology era you can still enjoy what is happening right now in wild from comfort of your couch. Live webcam provides another aspect to see the world live without visiting parks. In the current coronavirus lockdown situation this has become more relevant. Let’s watch what is happening in Africa!!!
Groot Marico Live!!!
On the Northern border of South Africa and Botswana lies a beautiful area known as the Groot Marico, named after the Marico River. This spectacular setting houses Tau Game Lodge situated in the Madikwe Game Reserve (the 4th largest game reserve in the country). The lodge overlooks Tau Waterhole, an oasis for animals and wildlife including elephants, giraffes, lions, leopards, zebras, and cheetahs .
Africam Rosie's Pan Live!!
This camera is situated at a secluded waterhole and is set on the hide. It is completely solar powered due to the remote location of the waterhole. There is a borehole which replenishes the waterhole giving much needed water to the animals that frequent this area. This is a great camera for viewing the Big Five of Africa, lion, leopard, rhino (which we do not show), elephant and buffalo. Giraffe and a large variety of antelope, genets, squirrels, warthogs, Giant kingfisher as well as the woodlands kingfisher all converge at this key watering point.
